We noticed that a few users are still using the old NASGO wallet version and are having trouble finding their Master Secret in order to migrate their accounts to the new wallet. Please follow this guide to backup your mobile wallet accounts!
Note: this applies to an older version of the NASGO wallet. If you are fully updated, then ignore this post.
Home > Mine > Accounts > [SWIPE LEFT ON THE ACCOUNT YOU WANT TO MIGRATE] > [View and backup the account Master Secret]
How to Recover Your Account
1. Home Screen
Open up your NASGO wallet and tap the “Mine” button on the bottom navigation bar. Please note that “Mine” refers to the user in possessive form, not mining for coins.
In the “Mine” section, tap the “Accounts” button at the top of the screen with the wallet icon.
Swipe to your left from the “Switch Account” screen.
If you have multiple accounts, be sure to place your finger over the account you want to recover when swiping left.
4. Swipe Left
After swiping left, you should see the “Setting” option appear. Be sure to tap the “Setting” option!
Please Update Your Wallet!
We highly suggest updating to the most current mobile wallet to stay secure and up to date.
